Cubs Christmas Dinner
[12th December 2011]
Thank you to every one for my lovely gifts. We all had a fab time at the Downshire Arms for our Cubs Christmas meal. Well done to all the cubs, yet again they behaved very well. We all sang Christmas carols to end the evening. I will miss you all and hold lots of very fond memories in my heart. xxAkela.xx

Beaver Sleepover
[9th-10th December 2011]
Simba: Another very good Beaver Christmas sleepover; all the Beavers behaviour was very good; lots of wonderful craft and a very yummy Christmas dinner. Most of the Beavers had 2nd or 3rd helpings. A massive thank you to Alison Sinclair for cooking the dinner.
Akela: A most enjoyable weekend. Well done to all the Beavers for their good behaviour and fab manners. Cooking dinner for them all was a pleasure and the fact they had 2nds and 3rds was amazing. Well done. Happy Christmas to you all love Akela. x

Our Show
[5th December 2011]
Tonight, the Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorers performed sketches and songs on stage. The Beavers sang some songs; the cubs sang and performed a sketch; the Scouts had worked on sketches in patrols; and the Explorers performed some classic Scout skits.

Remembrance Parade
[13th November 2011]
We had a brilliant turnout from 6th Bracknell today for the remembrance day parade. Everybody was well turned out, and on their best behaviour.
We met up at the bus station and walked down to the war memorial, where Francesca and Oliver layed the wreath on behalf of South East Berkshire Scouts. After the two minutes silence, we moved off down through the town, onto the ring road to Holy Trinity Church for the service.
A big thank you to everyone who came along and well done!
